Our skin is our body's first line of defense against external factors. If this barrier is damaged foreign organisms that may cause infection can easily get in.

The pimples on your face is the result of a month long incubation process. Dead skin cells are supposed to slough off but sometimes they block the pores or sebaceous hair follicles. Then this happens, the sebaceous glands oil or sebum builds up. Bacteria that either live on your skin or was transferred through your dirty hands, pillow etc. will then infect it. 7. Acne is for teenagers only. No, you can get it at any age.

My sound advice to you is:
1. Not to touch your face with your dirty hands.
2. Not to pop your pimples.
3. Use trusted acne solution brands.
