ID Pictures or Profile Pic?

What's the difference between an ID picture for a job application and an FB profile pic? Last time I checked ID pictures should be professional looking. You must be dressed decently, with natural make up and only a hint of a smile to show that you have a pleasing personality.

While perusing job application forms recently, I was taken by surprise why these girls gave these photos for their application forms. Were they really seriously looking for a job or looking to add new friends in Facebook?

    yeah, you're right! some people applied for a certain job are having difficulty choosing which ID pictures good for their CV and which pictures goes for their FB profile. :)

      Hi metalpig design..i personally believe that these epic fail ID pics are one of the causes of rising unemployed in our country hehheheh
